Landed in Florence at 10 AM, Check-in at 2 PM? Choose pick up and delivery address and time. We pick up your bags, store them safely and deliver them to your apartment - at your floor! Same at check-out

It is possible to cancel online the reservation days before the service and on the same day up to 1 hour before pick up time, a refund will be issued minus Stripe fee. If the order has already been assigned to the carrier contact our customer service, additional charges may apply.

It is possible to change your booking up to 1 hour or less before pick up time, please contact our customer service. Additional charges will apply in case of additional baggage or additional distance to be covered by the carrier.

Yes, each bag is sealed and protected up to €500.
