Landed in Florence at 10 AM, Check-in at 2 PM? Choose pick up and delivery address and time. We pick up your bags, store them safely and deliver them to your apartment - at your floor! Same at check-out.

  • Online (Cancellation): You can cancel your reservation online up to 1 hour before the pick-up time. A full refund will be issued minus Stripe processing fees.

  • Carrier Assigned: If the order has already been assigned to a carrier, please contact our customer service. Additional charges may apply.

  • Modifications: You can modify your booking up to 1 hour before the pick-up time by contacting our customer service.

  • Extra Costs: Additional charges may apply in case of extra luggage or changes in the delivery distance.

Yes. Every single bag is securely sealed upon collection and protected with insurance coverage up to €500.
